Plug to Pin Assembly
The Oakley Plug to Pin Assembly Machine is designed to rapidly assemble the plug that is normally used to seal the lower end of the elements prior to the filling operation to the lower terminal pin.
- An adjustable hopper feeds the terminal pins into the assembly location where an air cylinder drives the plug to the proper location on the pin.
- Standard collets are used to clamp the tubing, and this makes changing diameters very simple and fast.
- Can accomodate different diameters and plug sizes.
