Coil-pin welding and plug assembly

The Oakley automatic plug assembly machine is designed to be a high speed production unit for assembling and welding pins and coils. It  offers fast insertion of plugs into the upper end of the elements. Plugs are automatically inserted to a consistent level and elements without plugs are automatically removed during the production process.

• Our small appliances model accommodates coil lengths from 2’ to 13” (50 to 330 mm) and terminal pin lengths from 1,875” to 4” (47 to 100 mm)

• Our major appliance model accommodates coil lengths from 2” to 31.5” (50 t0 800 mm) and terminal pin lengths from 1.875" to 8" (47 to 200 mm)

• Both models accommodate wire diameters from .008" to .023” (0.2 to 0.6 mm)
